What data and why
When you contact me via the enquiry form or the singing lesson request form, I process the details you enter: name, e-mail, optionally phone, event type and date, venue, preferred lesson days and time, and your message.
I use them only to reply to you, prepare an offer and arrange our cooperation or a lesson time.
Legal basis
Processing is necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). That is why the form does not ask for separate consent. I do not use your data for marketing and never sell it.
If we work together, I process the data further to perform the contract and to meet legal obligations (e.g. accounting and tax).
How long
Enquiries that do not lead to cooperation are deleted within [DOPLNIT: např. 12 měsíců]. Contract and accounting records are kept for the period required by law.

YouTube videos in blog articles load only after you click them (youtube-nocookie.com).
The Spotify player on the home page loads only after you click “Listen here”. Only then does Spotify AB process data under its own privacy policy.
